On Father's Day Angel Raymond Chavez of Fontana California Sexually assaulted my Daughter. We reported him, he was arrested and charged with sexual battery and rape by foreign object.
He has been set free to do it again as the District Attorney's office has chosen not to file charges based on their interview with him! No one called my girl and asked her anything prior to making this decision, only to him.
This is a guy that blends into your neighborhood. He has a wife and 2 sons. He is a liar, a cheat, a thief and now a rapist. He has been defrauding Workman's comp for years. He is defrauding the IRS in more ways than one, Including working under his son's social security number. But the worst part is he goes to Church on Saturday and RAPES on Sunday.
How do I know? Because Angel Chavez is my neighbor. Our children have been friends for more than 5 years. He just simply blends.
So the next time you are talking to you neighbor or praising the Lord in church, look out for Angel. He is not Angel, He is pure evil.
